Exploring the World of Photography

Objective (Part 1)

This course will cover one topic each week:
1. How to change the camera settings while in Program Mode;
2. Picture Composition;
3. Depth of Field;
4. Choosing the Correct Lens for your camera;
5. Flash Photography;
Critiquing your own photos.

The instructors will be working with every student to help them implement the topics covered in class.

Objective (Part 2)

This class is a five week course:
Weeks 1 and 5 will be in the classroom.
Weeks 2, 3 and 4 will be on locations in Lexington.
Topics covered will be: White balance, DOF (Depth of Field), Perspective,
Stop Motion, Slow Motion, Aperture, Close Up and an Introduction to Basic,
Filters, Circular Polarizer and Neural Density.
We will have some Circular Polarizer, Neural Density and Infrared
Filters for you to use.

The instructors will be working with every student to help them implement the topics covered in class.

Bring your own camera and its documentation.
